Because many of our products are custom made, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
• Buyer’s remorse
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
